Talent Pools.ai is expanding its B2B marketing leadership in South Africa, with remote work and occasional travel to Johannesburg or Cape Town. You will own the end-to-end demand pipeline for a software platform used by enterprise clients globally.

This is the first dedicated marketing role in SA, offering hands-on ownership, direct access to senior leadership, and a flexible, international culture. You’ll build campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with the sales team to target accounts in

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B marketing (software/tech)
• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Ability to plan and run events end-to-end
• Proven lead generation and pipeline impact
• Strong written communication for email and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with ABM, AI tools, and enterprise buyers in financial services/insurance

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage new-business pipeline for sales.
• Plan and run events from start to finish, including flagship event.
• Build campaigns and run them in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with sales on target accounts.
• Start as a solo contributor and work with pace to deliver results.
