Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Join a fast-moving, remote-first team and help maintain CRM integrity while testing messaging to tighten feedback with the sales group. Four-line responsibilities cover tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
