Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and book first meetings to create the initial impression of Blacksmith with potential clients.

You will handle outbound outreach, personalize messages via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft to support the sales team in closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written and interpersonal outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
