Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in B2B cold calling or appointment setting targeting US/UK/Aus markets.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with clear US-centric comprehension.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRMs and VoIP dialers.
• Resilient, target-driven, able to handle rejection.
• Willing to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US business owners to book qualified meetings.
• Navigate gatekeepers and deliver value-driven pitches using scripts.
• Update leads and dispositions in Zoho CRM accurately.
• Send follow-up SMS and emails to unresponsive prospects.
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and booked appointments.
