Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Remote Aviation Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training for pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance staff from a fully remote environment. You will develop curricula, create training materials, and may facilitate online sessions while ensuring compliance with aviation standards and company procedures across diverse subjects.

You will collaborate with SMEs, evaluate program effectiveness, manage the LMS, and continuously improve learning

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design and developing training programs, preferably in aviation.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work autonomously and remotely in a team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and materials for aviation roles.
Create e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments using instructional design principles.
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for remote participants.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and metrics.
Manage the LMS, ensuring courses are uploaded, tracked, and reported.
