Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Aviation Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs for pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and ground staff. You will develop curricula, materials, and assessments, delivering online sessions to a diverse, globally distributed workforce.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in instructional design within aviation, proficiency with Storyline or Captivate, and strong LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and developing training programs, preferably in aviation.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and materials for various aviation roles.
• Create e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments using instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content aligns with regulatory requirements and operations.
• Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for remote participants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics and suggest improvements.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring courses are uploaded, tracked, and reported.
