Placements24 is seeking a Remote Aviation Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs for pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and ground staff. You will develop curricula, materials, and assessments, delivering online sessions to a diverse, globally distributed workforce.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in instructional design within aviation, proficiency with Storyline or Captivate, and strong LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and developing training programs, preferably in aviation.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Aviation Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs for their diverse workforce. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise in instructional design and aviation knowledge to develop cutting-edge learning solutions. You will be responsible for creating curriculum, developing training materials, and potentially facilitating online sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and ground staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curricula and materials for various aviation roles (e.g., pilots, cabin crew, maintenance).
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
• Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and workshops, ensuring interactive and engaging learning experiences for remote participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) , ensuring courses are uploaded, tracked, and reported on accurately.
