Qualifications

• Master's degree in aviation safety-related field.
• 10+ years of aviation safety experience, with leadership background.
• Proven SMS development and implementation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct regular safety risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee incident and accident investigations, determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for personnel across global operations.
• Monitor aviation safety performance through KPIs and prepare safety reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards for the fleet and operations.
