This role demands a recognized qualification in Aviation Safety Management, extensive experience in risk management and incident investigation, and strong remote communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Aviation Safety Management or related field.
• Significant experience in aviation safety, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Knowledge of ICAO Annex 19 and safety management principles.
• Ability to analyze data and develop safety strategies.
• Strong remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Aviation Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and risks.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actions.
• Promote safety awareness and deliver safety training.
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
