Key Responsibilities

• Oversee incident and accident investigations, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to all levels of personnel across global operations.
• Monitor aviation safety performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed safety reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation safety regulations and standards for the company's diverse fleet and operational areas.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation safety management, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong understanding of international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA) and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects remotely and effectively.
