The role requires extensive aviation safety experience, SMS knowledge, and excellent reporting and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Aviation Safety Analyst or in a related safety management role.
• In-depth knowledge of safety management systems (SMS) and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex safety data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Relevant aviation certifications or a degree in an aviation-related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aviation safety data, incident reports, and accident investigations to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop and implement safety management systems (SMS) and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive safety reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
