Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Aviation Safety Analyst to join our completely remote safety team. You will proactively identify hazards, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to improve safety performance across the organization.

The role focuses on in-depth data analysis, trend evaluation, and data-driven SMS improvements, with opportunities to influence training, reporting, and safety culture in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of aviation safety analysis or risk management experience.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex safety data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aviation safety data to identify trends and systemic risks.
• Develop and maintain safety performance indicators and targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support SMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare safety analysis reports and present findings to management.
• Contribute to safety training and awareness programs.
• Stay updated on aviation safety regulations and best practices.
