Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership for remote roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the SMS in line with international aviation standards.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to identify risks and mitigation.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, communication, and engagement across departments.
• Liaise with regulators to ensure compliance and monitor evolving safety legislation.
• Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
