Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Aviation Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation safety analysis or risk management.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Strong understanding of aviation safety principles, regulations, and incident investigation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain safety performance indicators (SPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on safety findings and recommendations for management.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct investigations into aviation safety events, identifying root causes and proposing preventive measures.
