Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will monitor SA-CARs, EASA, and FAA regulations, develop and enforce compliance programs, and lead internal audits to uphold safety and operational integrity across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of aviation regulatory experience, with strong analytical and communication skills for a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation regulatory compliance or a closely related role.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration abilities, with proficiency in virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and disseminate information on evolving aviation regulations (e.g., SA-CARs, EASA, FAA).
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and government agencies to facilitate approvals and address inquiries.
• Manage documentation related to regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters to management and operational teams.
