Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Aviation Network Administrator to manage critical network infrastructure for a globally connected aviation operation. This fully remote role requires proactive management, strong technical acumen, and the ability to resolve issues independently.

You will oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and security of network systems, working with global teams to ensure high availability, performance and robust disaster recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of network administration experience with infrastructure focus.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Hands-on Cisco, Juniper, or similar equipment.
• Strong network security knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with SolarWinds or PRTG monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
