The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years' experience, strong expertise in BGP/OSPF, VLANs, firewalls, and cloud networking, with CCIE/CCNP/JNCIE being a significant asset. Strong documentation and collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs, STP), and network security (firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience configuring and managing devices from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
• Analyze network performance and implement optimizations for speed, stability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with root-cause analysis and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into network solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging network technologies and best practices; integrate innovations.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement and deployment of network hardware/software.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of critical incidents.
