Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm UK homeowner leads within SLA.
• Qualify leads against basic criteria and book qualified appointments.
• Record outcomes and appointment details in CRM.
• Follow scripts while maintaining professional conversations.
• Work toward daily and weekly booking targets.
