You'll rely on CRM records, strong communication, and persistence to convert leads into booked calls. We provide thorough training and a hustle-friendly environment that rewards results and proactive process improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in Appointment Setting or Sales.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Diligence in follow-up with a hustle mindset to convert leads.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain meticulous records in the CRM for every interaction.
• Be proactive in learning about the company and growing within your role.
• Clearly communicate the value of Mediboost's services during appointment scheduling.
• Tactically manage objections during the appointment setting process.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise scripts and processes for higher booking rates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Address inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Produce daily reports on calls, conversations, and appointments set.
