Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote AI Policy Analyst to contribute to the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies. You will research, analyze, and shape policies and guidelines governing AI ethics, safety, and societal impact.

This fully remote role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, fostering trust and accountability in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Ethics, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their ethical, social, and legal implications.
• Experience in policy analysis, research, or advocacy, preferably in the technology sector.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy and AI-related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on AI policy, regulation, and ethical best practices globally.
• Analyze the societal implications and potential risks of emerging AI technologies.
• Develop policy recommendations and draft guidelines for AI development and deployment.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams on AI governance strategies.
