Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and driven Remote Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate global technology partners. You will negotiate complex agreements and drive revenue growth through alliances with AI, data analytics, and SaaS leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in partnerships, executive-level communication, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote, worldwide environment. A bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnerships within technology (AI, SaaS, Data Analytics).
• Proven track record negotiating and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
• Deep understanding of AI and data analytics ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level engagement skills.
• Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with CRM and PRM systems.
• Dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners worldwide.
• Build relationships with technology companies, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for partner enablement and joint customer engagements.
• Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams through partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events, both virtually and in person.
• Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring targets are met and optimizing where needed.
• Stay ahead of AI and data analytics trends.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated strategic partners.
