Hire Overseas is seeking an AI-fluent Executive Assistant who combines executive support, operations management, and strategic assistance in a 100% remote role. You will leverage Claude AI, Claude Code, and related tools to drive fast, autonomous work across communications, research, project management, and workflows.

The right candidate shows ownership, initiative, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering high-quality outputs for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude AI including Claude Code and Claude Cowork daily.
• Hustler mindset with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and operations support across leadership, calendars, communications, and priorities.
• Own projects end to end from brief to delivery with minimal direction.
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and partners with clear professional communication.
• Apply AI tools to research, drafting, summarizing, and decision support.
• Build systems for task management, documentation, and knowledge organization.
• Support strategic planning, meeting prep, and cross-functional initiatives.
