The role demands strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge, excellent communication, and experience managing remote agile teams with Jira, Trello, and Asana. A self-driven, cross-time-zone facilitator is ideal.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP certification is highly preferred.
