Placements24 is seeking an analytical Affiliate Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will develop and manage our affiliate program, recruit partners, and optimize performance to drive qualified traffic and sales.

You will analyze metrics, negotiate commissions, ensure brand compliance, and collaborate with marketing to align affiliate activities with growth objectives. This is a remote, nationwide position with opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing affiliate partners.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
• Negotiate commissions structures and terms with affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate program performance, track key metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI), and provide regular reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
