• B2B sales experience with quota-bearing roles.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and account research skills.
• Familiar with outbound outreach tools.
• Experience using Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
