You will craft thoughtful outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email and phone to open doors and drive pipeline for our agency. We seek candidates with B2B sales experience, at least two years in SDR/BDR roles, and comfort with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota exposure.
• 2 years SDR/BDR or similar experience.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and Research.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
