• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma required; diploma or degree advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of tour operations, including bookings, confirmations, and itinerary management.
• Liaise with tour guides, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources for their trips.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers such as accommodation providers, transportation companies, and activity operators.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing pre-trip information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor tour departures and ensure smooth operational flow, troubleshooting any issues that may arise in real-time.
• Manage tour documentation, including permits, insurance, and emergency contact information.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and operational expenses.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of tour itineraries and operational procedures.
• Assist with emergency response and crisis management when necessary.
