Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and test embedded software for ADAS and autonomous driving systems. The role emphasizes real-time performance, sensor fusion, planning, and collaboration with hardware teams in a fully remote setup.

You will work on cutting-edge automotive software with real-time constraints, leverage C/C++, RTOS (QNX/Linux), CAN/Ethernet, and CI/CD pipelines, while contributing to safety-critical features and AI/ML-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on automotive systems.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as QNX or Linux.
• Familiarity with ADAS/autonomous driving technologies and relevant algorithms.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Agile).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
