You will work with large datasets and advanced statistical tools (R, Python, SQL) and contribute to regulatory filings while pursuing actuarial exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field.
• Progress towards or completion of actuarial exams (e.g., SOA, CAS).
• Proficiency in actuarial software, statistical modeling tools (R, Python), and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain actuarial models for pricing, reserving, and financial forecasting.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends, assess risks, and project future liabilities.
• Perform complex statistical analyses and conduct sensitivity testing on models.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to provide actuarial support.
• Stay abreast of new actuarial techniques, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
