• Process vendor invoices accurately with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare weekly or bi-weekly payment runs (checks, EFTs) per terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the vendor master file with up-to-date details.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures for accounts payable.
