Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of spa industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.
• Previous experience in luxury lodge, resort, or premium wellness settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of daily spa operations.
• Support and supervise the spa team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
• Oversee treatment quality and spa protocols.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Handle guest enquiries and reservations when required.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.
• Maintain operational and administrative standards.
• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction and spa performance.
• Work on a 6-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off cycle.
