Job summary

Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Regional Tier 3 Junior Technical Support Specialist in Pretoria East, Gauteng. The role delivers advanced technical support, manages escalations, and assists with site acceptance within energy and engineering environments.

You will handle escalations from Tier 1/2, support client and subcontractor teams, and train NOC/regional staff while traveling to client sites to perform diagnostics and site commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Exposure to energy-management systems.
• Knowledge of renewable, traditional energy and storage solutions.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Experience working to SLA/MTTR is advantageous.
