Job summary

Clicks Group Limited seeks an Area Manager to oversee Sorbet store operations from Woodmead, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will empower store teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer service excellence to grow profitability.

You will conduct QA visits, analyze store financials, coordinate marketing campaigns, and lead openings and HR processes, ensuring effective control and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in multi-site operations management or leadership in retail/beauty/food services with franchising focus.
• Experience in financial analysis and managing budgets.
• 2 years’ experience in leading store openings, coordinating suppliers, and managing merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive Sorbet store operations across multiple sites.
• Conduct regular store visits, QA, and business reviews; provide feedback and corrective actions.
• Analyse monthly financials against budgets and group benchmarks; develop recovery plans.
• Lead store openings with IT, inventory, and communications setup, guiding merchandising teams.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with Marketing Department to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Manage HR processes, contracts, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate information for informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Direct use of resources to deliver operating plans and achieve business objectives.
