Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sports Development Manager for the Polokwane area to lead youth empowerment through sport, designing regional strategies and supervising programs to widen access for underprivileged youth in Limpopo.

You will manage a team of program coordinators, build partnerships with schools and communities, monitor performance, ensure safety, and pursue funding through grants to sustain social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in sports development or community programs.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Strong community engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sports development strategy.
• Oversee youth programs and manage regional staff.
