Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic Regional Sales Representative to cover the Stellenbosch area and surrounding territories. This field-based role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Western Cape.

You will travel extensively, meet with clients, present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and report on pipeline and market feedback. A proven sales background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
• Familiarity with the Stellenbosch business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated region.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to management.
