Responsibilities

Lead and motivate regional sales team to meet/exceed targets.
Develop strategic sales plans for the Western Cape.
Manage key accounts with retailers, distributors and wholesalers.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement growth actions.
Oversee product distribution and stock levels regionally.
Report regional performance to senior management.
