Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel activities—researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified buyers.

In this remote SA role, you will leverage tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn to craft personalized outreach and maintain a clean pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
