The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, with 3–5 years in sales leadership within FMCG/beverage, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 8-10 years of progressive sales experience.
• 3-5 years in a sales leadership role within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue and expand market share in the region.
• Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performance sales team to hit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Develop and manage the regional sales budget and resource allocation.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade marketing to boost visibility and volume.
