You will mentor store managers, implement brand-standard operational strategies, and manage budgets with a strong focus on profitability and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel within the Mahikeng region.

Responsibilities
