Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the Tembisa, Gauteng region to oversee expansion, optimize store performance and safeguard brand standards across multiple locations.

You will lead strategic planning, budget management, team development, and supplier relations while driving profitability and a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Extensive travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in retail management with senior leadership and multi-location oversight.
• Proven track record in driving growth and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans for regional expansion.
• Oversee store performance, set targets, monitor outcomes.
• Manage regional budgets and optimize ROI.
• Lead and develop store managers and staff.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance across locations.
• Travel extensively within the region to support operations.
