• Manage the region's overall operational performance.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and regional performance targets.
• Identify and manage new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of company systems and processes.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets for the region.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Identify, analyse, and manage operational and financial risks.
• Lead and manage regional staff performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
