Job summary

Ability Executive Recruitment seeks a Regional Leader in Claremont, Western Cape to oversee the property portfolio, drive operational performance and support regional teams.

You will mentor property management teams, maintain landlord relationships, manage budgets and ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior property management, a degree in Property Studies, and proven leadership and communication skills.
