Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience of 5+ years in warehouse and operations management, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels with robust controls.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse supervisors, staff and drivers.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
• Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track KPIs to assess performance and drive improvements.
