Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Strong inventory, order picking/packing/shipping understanding.
• Proven P&L management and cost-reduction track record.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the performance of all logistics and warehousing operations within the Polokwane region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in logistics and warehouse operations management.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites or a large-scale distribution center.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Demonstrated P&L management experience and a track record of cost reduction.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
