Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the distribution hub in Polokwane, Limpopo. Lead a team, manage receiving/put-away/picking/dispatch, and drive efficiency and safety in daily warehousing activities.

You will monitor inventory, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while operating with WMS and scanning technology in a hybrid work setup in Polokwane.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of agricultural supplies, is seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee their distribution hub in Polokwane, Limpopo . This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe management of daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch. The successful candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage operational workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring operational targets are met.
