Job summary

Fidelity ADT in South Africa seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead the region’s operations across Armed Response, Guarding, Fleet and Training, ensuring compliance and the achievement of budgeted financial targets.

You will align people with process, drive continuous improvement, and manage a large team of managers in a customer-service oriented environment, while partnering with senior management to deliver strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years in senior management positions (preferably in a similar industry).
• Proven track record of supervising a team in a high-demand environment.
• Relevant management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong communicator with ability to coordinate large teams.
• Demonstrated ability for continuous improvement and leading change.
• Proven effectiveness in customer interactions.
• Financial acumen and budgeting awareness.
• Aptitude for using technology in operations.

Responsibilities

• Align people with process and communicate direction to drive cooperation.
• Lead a senior management team focused on customer-service orientation.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory laws across operations.
• Drive service improvements and cost efficiencies within Armed Response, Guarding, Fleet, and Training.
• Manage interdivisional relationships and ownership of department.
• Oversee budgeting and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reviews.
• Monitor KPI performance and develop succession plans.
• Mentor and coach staff to support growth and development.
