Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in South Africa seeks Sales Consultants to source and close armed monitoring and response agreements, upsell alarm systems, CCTV, and more while meeting evolving client needs.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, knowledge of IDS/DSC/AJAX alarms, Matric, and PSIRA Grade C. Must be self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills; a valid driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred. Strong reporting and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales.
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA registered - Grade C.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close deals, leveraging self-sourced leads and internal opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects and other stakeholders to drive growth.
• Provide regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to track progress and ensure targets are met.
