Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations across Centurion and surrounding regions. The role focuses on strategic and hands-on leadership, optimizing processes and driving growth while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage regional teams, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards. A strong track record in operations improvements and budgeting is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, including multi-site/regional roles.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all operational activities across designated regions, aligning with company strategy.
• Develop and implement regional operational plans with clear objectives and metrics.
• Lead and mentor regional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor regional performance, analyze data and implement efficiency and profitability strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards across locations.
• Manage regional budgets, resources and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.
