Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, including multi-site/regional roles.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and meeting targets.

You will be responsible for managing regional teams, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to achieve company objectives. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of operational dynamics and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture within a geographically diverse operational footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all operational activities across designated regions, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and implement regional operational plans, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor regional operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor regional performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Operations Management , with significant experience managing multi-site or regional operations.
• Proven track record of successfully driving operational improvements and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
