Job summary

60 Degrees is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio across the Western Cape and broader SA region. You will drive profitability, growth, and leadership capability across 180-350 staff and 5-10 locations.

You will own P&L, budgets, forecasts, and key metrics while developing managers and building succession pipelines. Strong multi-site leadership, coaching, and strategic execution are essential.

• Proven experience managing multiple sites, stores, or depots.
• Experience overseeing 5–10 locations simultaneously.
• Responsible for teams of 180–350 employees.
• Leads and develops management teams of ~20 managers.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Track record of operational improvements and growth.
